All consultations are held online via telehealth, so you can work with us from anywhere in Australia and internationally. Due to professional insurance requirements, we currently cannot accept clients in the USA or Canada.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
Your Initial Consultation is a comprehensive 60-minute health assessment where we take the time to understand you - not just your symptoms.
Together, we'll explore your current health concerns, medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, family history, and the physical, mental and emotional factors that may be influencing your health. By understanding your whole health story, we're able to identify what may be contributing to your symptoms and create a treatment plan that's personalised to you.
Within 3-5 business days, you'll receive your personalised treatment plan, including your homeopathic prescription, nutritional recommendations, and any additional naturopathic guidance or testing referrals, where appropriate.
Included: Your Foundations in Food Guide
A complimentary resource to help you create strong foundations for health, with whole-food meal ideas and recipes, plus gut-nourishing and hormone-supportive pantry staples.

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION
Healing is a process, and your Follow-up Consultation is where we review your progress, refine your treatment plan, and continue supporting your health as your body responds.
We'll discuss the changes you've noticed since your last appointment, make any adjustments to your prescription or recommendations, and ensure you're continuing to move forward with confidence.
We require your first Follow-up Consultation to be booked at the same time as your Initial, for 4-6 weeks later - because real progress needs continuity, and this ensures your care stays on track from day one.
